Phase 4. Post-Launch

Once the website is successfully launched, it will need to continually evolve. In essence, your website is never done. To keep the site secure, maintain performance and consistently be engaging, there will need to be ongoing tweaks, testing and updates. New comms staff will also need to be properly trained when they come onboard. For a year after the launch, we will continue to provide ongoing maintenance and upgrades, both in terms of the front and backend support with up to 10 hours per month on tasks like:

  • Site Monitoring & Diagnostics
  • Maintenance and software updates
  • Troubleshooting
  • Monthly maintenance security audits and patches
  • Website backups
  • Staff training session for anyone updating content to the website
  • Quarterly website reviews to help determine opportunities for improvements, added features, maximizing calls to action, improving IA and UX, or adjusting site architecture
